HOW WILL MY REFUND BE DISTRIBUTED?
-You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid. -Please be aware that the product must come in its original packaging and must be returned in the original condition that it was received, unused. We reserve the right to decline any item that comes back to us used.
HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?
-You will receive your refund as soon as we receive the product and the conditions for a refund have been met. It may take up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.
- Only one code can be used on a purchase.
- Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases.
CANCELLATION Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If it's more than 24 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time.
